Our Staff

Dr. Gail Hubbard, audiologist and owner of Valley Hearing Consultants, has more than 30 years experience working with people with hearing loss. She earned a Masters degree in Audiology from the University of New Mexico in 1970, then worked as a staff audiologist at Bexar County Hospital in San Antonio, Texas, before moving to California. In California, she has worked as clinical audiologist for otologists (ear-nose-throat specialists), taught hearing impaired children and adults, and served as manager of audiology for Childrens Hospital in San Diego. She was appointed by Governor Deukmejian to both the Hearing Aid Dispensers Examining Committee and the Speech Pathology and Audiology Examining Committee for the state of California and served for ten years. She has been a licensed hearing aid specialist since 1980, and has owned Valley Hearing Consultants since then. She completed her doctorate training in audiology to improve the hearing related quality of life for all her patients.

Peggy joined Valley Hearing Consultants in 2008. Her friendly and outgoing personality is enjoyed by staff and patients alike. She is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly.

Dr. Judy obtained her B.S. from Purdue University in 1996 and her M.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999.  She completed her Au.D. from Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2007. Before joining Valley Hearing Consultants, Judy worked at Desert Ear, Nose & Throat  and the Hearing Institute in Palm Springs, and owned Better Hearing Systems in Indian Wells, CA.
